Steamy Maids

• Full or partial payments is due prior to booking.  

(For Partial payment reservations only) all remaining fees must be paid  in cash upon the maids arrival

• All Clients must be 21 yrs of age or older

• Valid picture ID is required at arrival of Maid/Masseuse. No exceptions!

• Services are offered only in a residential home or buisness office with no more than 2 persons observing, unless contacted in advance for a hostess or Massage  package.

​• Clients must be fully dressed and not be under the influence of drugs while our Maids are present.

​•There is a $25 mileage fee for all appointments 25 miles or more outside the greater Atlanta area .

• You are NOT allowed to touch the maids. No sexual advances, and absolutely no vulgar language.

• Maids/Hostess are to be treated with respect--nothing less.

• Steamy Maids is not responsible nor liable for things that are broken or damaged.

• All Cancelled appointments require a 12hr notice. We charge a $20 service fee for all refunds. Any appointments canceled without a 12hrs notice will be charge a $35 fee which will be subtracted from the refund.

• Our Clients must supply all cleaning supplies and equipment, Maids can bring cleaning supplies if requested. For Massage services our Masseuse will bring the table, oil, towels etc by request.

IF AT ANYTIME ANY OF THESE RULES ARE BROKEN THE PROVIDER WILL LEAVE IMMEDIATLY AND YOU WILL  NOT BE REFUNDED.

MAIDS CLEANING POLICIES

The client must have everything ready for the maid upon her arrival. No heavy objects will be moved. Cleaning in an unsafe or dangerous environment will not be permitted. There will only be light or moderate cleaning done by our maids. Absolutely, no heavy cleaning, such moving and cleaning behind furniture, washing the walls on a ladder, or anything outside of a home, such as cleaning the gutters.

COOKING POLICIES

Our maids do not supply the food needed to be cooked or prepared for the customer. The client must have everything ready for the maid/butler upon their arrival. Cooking in an unsafe or dangerous environment will not be permitted. The meals and snacks prepared or cooked may be simple meals, as well as, gourmet meals.

Our Steamy Maids may prepare or cook a gourmet meal for you, as long as, all of the ingredients, recipes, and other stuff needed are provided. Our maids will set the table, prepare the food, cook, serve and clean up.  Whether you want us to cook for one, or cater your next party; we are able to get the job done!
